Con has advised charities of all kinds for more than 15 years and specialises in helping clients with the governance and the strategic challenges that they face. Alix Garfath-Cox, Senior Manager (Non-Profits), Crowe Clark Whitehill LLP

Alix Garfath-Cox is a manager in the Not for Profit team of Crowe Clark Whitehill LLP. Alix’s clients include a wide range of schools and charities. Having previously worked in an international non-governmental organisation as Director of Finance for 4 years, including 6 months on placement in a finance team in Rwanda, Alix is a specialist in accounting for organisations operating internationally.

Andrew Gallie,Partner,VWV Solicitors

Andrew advises on all aspects of data protection law and compliance, including international data transfers, data processor agreements, subject access requests, staff monitoring and information security. Clients include universities, charities, independent schools and businesses in the technology and ICT sectors. Andrew frequently carries out audits for charities in addition to providing training and drafting bespoke data protection policies.

Russell joined Brewin Dolphin in 2011 after spending 15 years in the City at US based investment bank Merrill Lynch where he worked in the institutional client division. Since joining Brewin Dolphin he has focused on Charity and Institutional accounts.

Richard Levinge is the Director and founder of Ease Training. Richard has been Chair of a charity and a trustee of a major charitable project. Richard has a passion for practical training based on many years training experience with roles in the Royal Navy, legal services, charities and education.
